Landscape Architect/
Project Manager
Provides landscape architecture and/or project manager services on landscape architecture, urban design and project management projects. Defines the direction of some projects while directly supporting other Project Managers and/or Principals-in-Charge on complex projects. Serves as a firm-wide team member exemplifying the servant leadership qualities expressed in the values of the firm. Is responsible for the implementation of quality work through project management, effective internal and external coordination, creative problem-solving, and careful task completion. Projects include, but are not limited to, landscape architecture for public and privately-owned land such as parks, streets, commercial and residential gardens; urban design; and planning (corridor and park planning).
Required Skills:
Possess 4-8 years of experience in a landscape architecture firm.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
Proven experience in all aspects of design, including but not limited to project definition, conceptual design, permit submittals, construction documentation, specifications, construction observation, and project management.
Professional experience that clearly demonstrates a passion for quality and innovation.
Self-directed and initiative-taking with proven leadership capabilities.
Focus on high quality service.
Shows empathy towards clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, ArcView, AutoCAD, Sketch Up, and other 3D visualization programs.
Preferred Skills:
Master’s degree in a related field.
Holds or is pursuing professional certifications and/or licensure.
Proven ability to lead a team.
Proven ability to build consensus.
Impeccable written and oral communication skills.
Proven ability to establish business development relationships.

Planner/Urban Designer
Provides planning and/or design services on urban design and planning projects. Directly supports the Project Managers and/or Principal-in-Charge on complex projects. Is responsible for the implementation of quality work through effective internal and external coordination, creative problem-solving, and careful task completion. Projects include, but are not limited to, planning, urban design, and support for landscape architecture for public and privately-owned land; comprehensive planning; sub area planning; corridor planning; park planning and design; code and policy planning; and project entitlements.
Skills Required:
Possess 0-3 years of experience in a planning or urban design firm.
Bachelor’s degree or higher in planning or urban design.
Proven experience in all aspects of planning and design, including but not limited to project definition, conceptual planning, document development, and entitlements.
Professional experience that clearly demonstrates a passion for quality and innovation.
Self-directed with initiative and strong communication skills.
Focus on high quality service.
Shows empathy towards clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
