Office Coordinator

Austin, Texas | Salary Range: $48,000–$58,000
This position is based in our Austin office and is not suitable for remote work.

The Office Coordinator helps keep Lionheart running smoothly day to day by creating an organized, welcoming, and efficient office environment for staff, clients, and visitors. This role supports daily office operations, coordinates administrative functions, assists leadership, and helps maintain a positive team culture.

The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a service-minded attitude are essential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for the office, greeting visitors and managing phone calls.

  • Coordinate office operations, supplies, vendors, maintenance, and technology support.

  • Support onboarding for new employees and coordinate with HR, accounting, and external consultants.

  • Assist with scheduling, calendaring, travel coordination, and meeting logistics.

  • Help organize internal events, trainings, and office celebrations.

  • Manage mail, packages, subscriptions, and office equipment.

  • Support leadership and staff with a variety of administrative and operational needs.

  • Help maintain organized files, records, and office systems.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, administration, or a related field preferred.

  • 1–3 years of experience in professional services, real estate, construction, design, or a related industry.

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

  • Experience with Deltek or Ajera is a plus.

  • A collaborative attitude and commitment to high-quality service.
